All prices including GST. (Goods & Services Tax).

  • Note: Purchased made up to 30 Days prior to leaving Australia will allow you to receive the GST amount back at the Australian Border. (Air Port or Shipping Terminal)


  • Payment Options:

Australian Credit Card Holders and Approved International Customers Using our Secure Credit Card Transaction System: Pay by Credit Card with any of these (2)cards via our secure online shopping cart. We currently charge a 2% Fee on all credit card purchases. (We are only passing on the bank's fees.) Consider purchasing by Direct Deposit - Internet Bank Transfer. You need to email shopforit to obtain the accounts dept phone number. You can then contact us via phone to provide your card details etc. We guarantee your Credit Card Details will not be disclosed to a third party. All Transaction are carried out via our secure shopping cart and banking account.

Please see that the Bank receipt is clearly stamped and easy to read or Post Receipt Details: Re-Branch, Date, Amount, Your Name and Address Details and the Shopping cart generated Order Invoice No.

The minimum purchase value for Non-Australian Residents residing outside Australia is $450.00. To purchase good to the value of $450.00AUD or more, we require a Telegraphic Transfer* to our Bank (Sales Holding) Account for the first purchase from us, this is required to establish a business relationship and an understanding of our Exporting requirement from Australia and Importing requirement into your country along with the necessary documentation that is required to arrange a speedy transaction. Telegraphic Transactions at your bank can usually be paid for by using your credit card or by Cash or Transfer of fund directly to your bank.

  • GST FREE Purchases:

Visitors Travelling in Australia or Residents Departing to Travel Abroad: Visitors travelling in Australia or Residents Departing to Travel Abroad are able to purchase goods from "Shop for it" and then at the Departure Terminal claim back the GST (Australian Goods & Services Tax).* [see Australian Customs Web site for details. www.customs.gov.au ]*You can only claim back the TAX If you are leaving the country within 30 days from the date of purchase stated on the Invoice, on any purchase over $300AUD at the Departure Terminal (Ship or Air) as you leave. All you need to do is show the TRS booth the Tax Invoice we give you and the physical products purchased.

  • For Non-Australian Resident:

For Non-Australian Residents residing outside Australia purchasing goods via our www.shopforit.com.au are entitled to have the GST value removed form the purchase price. - eg; $352.00AUD the GST Value = $352/11 = $32 $352.00 - $32.00 = $320.00 - Your saving $32.00AUD (Excluding Australian Bank Charges).

  • Importing Goods into Your Country:

If your Country requires an "Import Permit / Certificate"- You will have to obtain / arrange this document and send a copy to us via mail. Australian Customs will not allow the Goods to leave Australia until the necessary information is entered into their Computer System and approved. Overseas Delivery is carried out by an International Carrier/Agent with Direct delivery to your door where a signature is required. - A goods tracking system is a part of the service.

  • Delivery:

Shopforit / MyYachtClub / Intelligent Alternatives is NOT responsible for LOSS or DAMAGE to goods in transit. The purchaser is responsible once the goods leave our care, (office or warehouse).

  • Delivery Insurance:

Available on request at an additional cost.Shop For It / MyYachtClub / Intelligent Alternatives are not able to accept responsibility for the Goods in Transit. We deem it your responsibility to arrange Insurance. You may request us to arrange Insurance for you. We offer this service at no cost to arrange but you will be charged the agents costs. (A Quote will be supplied).

  • Delivery Method:

Australia Post is used for most small Item deliveries. For larger and more valuable Items we use an Approved State, National Carrier.A goods tracking system is a part of the service for expensive items.

  • Dead On Arrival Items:

Dead On Arrival Items (not working/no start) are usually replaced by the Wholesaler/Importer/Distributor upon receipt of the DOA Item, (Dead On Arrival Items will be replaced. Subject to R1, R2 or R3 type warranty conditions).

  • Warranty Period:

From Date of Invoice:W1 = 12 Months W2 = 24 Months W3 = 36 Months R1 = Return to Intelligent Alternatives R2 = Return to Authorised Repairer R3 =Authorised Repairer to pickup or On-Site (May only apply to Metro Area of Capital Cities)

  • Transport Cost:

All transport costs are at customers expense, except where stated. Eg: "W2/R1" = 24 Months from Date Of Purchase and you return to Intelligent Alternativesat your expense for both sending and receiving. Warranties are handled by the Equipment Manufacturers or Australian Importer, Wholesaler or Authorised Agent. All Items are subject to: Stock availability and Price Changes may apply without notice. Pictures (graphic displays) are a guide only and styles and models may change without notice. Model changes may occur without notice If you Order an Item that is no longer available, We will provide you a replacement item of similar or better quality and value. Or we will consult with you if no other option is available.

  • Returns:

We are not obliged to except returns or offer a credit for WRONG CHOICE.

We will NOT except returns for Software Purchase, the software is a Licensed product and when you open the packaging you are agreeing to the terms and condition of the license.

As by law we are unable to Legally re-sell the product. If the Software Product is part of complete Computer Package we will NOT be able to credit the Software Value as we are unable to determine as to whether the software has been used.

  • Restocking Fee:

We charge a restocking fee of $25.00 or 20% of the value of the purchase which ever is the greater.

The product has to be returned at your cost and must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged or used in any way, if the purchased product/s is/are damaged we will NOT offer a refund.

If a product is accepted for returned we will offer a credit for the purchase less the restocking fee, less the original delivery fee.
